David Edwards lives in Australia. He was 61 when he was diagnosed in June, 2013. His initial PSA was 8.10 ng/ml, his Gleason Score was 7, and he was staged Unknown. His initial treatment choice was Uncommon/Unconventional (Other) and his current treatment choice is None. Here is his story.

THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO AN UPDATE REMINDER IN 2017 SO THERE IS NO UPDATE.

Just want to share with you something that I thought may be an option for people who was lucky to found the cancer at early stage but choose not to undergo any active treatment. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer when I was undergoing regular body check and needle biopsy. The samples the doctor took confirmed to be cancer with a score of 7. My PSA was tested to be ~8 and my doctor suggested me to undergo surgery but I decided not to do it at that time. A friend of mine told me about an article on research done in Australia with a mushroom extract called PSP which can stop prostate cancer. Like myself, he has been diagnosed with early stage prostate cancer and decided not to undergo any treatment. He told me that he has been taking the PSP together with a pill called T3 and his PSA keep dropping to ~3 afterward. So I decided to give it a try and after taking that for a few months, I was so happy that my PSA went down to 3.9
