Duck B and Debra live in New York, USA. He was 61 when he was diagnosed in January, 2016. His initial PSA was 2.40 ng/ml, his Gleason Score was 7a, and he was staged T2c. His initial treatment choice was Surgery (Robotic Laparoscopic Prostatectomy) and his current treatment choice is None. Here is his story.

THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO AN UPDATE REMINDER IN 2017 SO THERE IS NO UPDATE.

Had routine physical in November 2015 and primary care physician did not like how prostate felt. Prior to this about 4 years ago I was put on meds and prostate shrunk. So in December 2015 went to urologist and he did not like feel of prostate either. On January 18, 2016 biopsy done and on January 25 the results came back positive for prostate cancer and out of the 12 biopsies 9 of them had cancer and 3-4 of them had 55-75 percent of cancer.

This is his wife writing this. We are scared and numb. When we heard the news we just went numb and only heard word cancer and the rest of the day was a blurry.

My husband has chosen to have surgery and is scheduled for 24th of February.
