Kirk H lives in Texas, USA. He was 58 when he was diagnosed in November, 2013. His initial PSA was 4.00 ng/ml, his Gleason Score was 6, and he was staged T2c. His initial treatment choice was Surgery (Robotic Laparoscopic Prostatectomy) and his current treatment choice is None. Here is his story.

THERE WAS NO RESPONSE TO AN UPDATE REMINDER IN 2017 SO THERE IS NO UPDATE.

Post-surgery, pathology indicated tumor present at apex with extension up to cauterize do edge in A2. Seminal vesicles and lymph nodes were clear. PSA first measurable at 0.1 at 15 months post surgery. After visiting with two radiation oncologists, have decided to do 6 weeks hormone therapy, 8 weeks radiation, then 6 weeks of hormone therapy. Prior to any treatment will do an MRI and colonoscopy.
